ABOUT
Washington University in St. Louis, serving over 16,000 students from more than 110 countries, had a need to modernize its outdated PreHealth communication system. The goal was to build a centralized digital platform that could serve as a task manager, knowledge repository, and advising tool—improving efficiency, communication, and student outcomes. The team collaborated closely with the Prehealth advising team to design and develop a robust web app that automates outdated workflows, facilitates secure document sharing and communication, and enables dynamic reporting. The result is a standardized, scalable platform that enhances the quality of advising, saves thousands of hours of manual effort, and better prepares students for medical and health professional school admissions.
