SEMI, a global leader in the microelectronics and semiconductor industry, needed to modernize their high-traffic, multilingual website to better serve their diverse international audience while streamlining internal operations and gaining valuable user insights.

CHALLENGE

The existing website lacked personalization capabilities and suffered from inefficient content workflows that hindered the team's ability to manage updates across multiple regions. Additionally, SEMI needed deeper insights into user behavior patterns across different markets while maintaining optimal performance for their high-traffic platform.

SOLUTION

A comprehensive modernization effort redesigned key site areas including the homepage, events pages, and navigation while implementing over 150 reusable Drupal components for streamlined content management. Personalized experiences were enabled through SSO and Salesforce integration, with Shopify delivering region-specific product content. This strategic approach delivered cleaner traffic, faster performance, more meaningful user engagement, and achieved a 60% reduction in monthly reporting overhead.
