FleetPride, the nation’s largest independent distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, sought to modernize its underperforming B2B Commerce experience. The UX team conducted a comprehensive heuristic analysis of the existing Salesforce platform, identifying key pain points and developing a prioritized roadmap to optimize the digital shopping journey. As part of the transformation, a scalable design system was created and maintained to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform. The effort resulted in a 36% increase in revenue, a 2x lift in average order value, and over 70,000 customers engaging in personalized digital journeys for the first time.
