As the UX/UI and web designer, I led the design of an internal-facing website for Cigna to spotlight and celebrate recipients of the Cigna Value Awards—both past and present. Tailored for Cigna employees, the site was designed to foster recognition, reinforce company values, and create a sense of pride and connection among teams. I developed an intuitive user experience and a visually engaging interface that aligned with Cigna’s brand standards, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility across devices. The result was a centralized, interactive hub that elevated employee achievements and helped build a culture of appreciation.
